When you make a Real Estate Photography booking, all include images are delivered in High Resolution and Web-Ready formats delivered via email for the fastest delivery possible. Each photo session is also personally booked, photographed and edited by the same person, meaning there is no outsourcing of your images to help guarantee the best possible result.
Most real estate photography images are typically delivered within 2 business days of the session being completed. Delivery on Custom/Platinum sessions will be quoted at the time of booking

Properties that are filled with natural light, have beach views or are exceptionally dark at dusk are best suited for Daylight sessions. A Twilight session may be more suitable if your property has great downlighting throughout with views at dusk of the city, hinterland or a clear view from Coolangatta looking north over the bay to the city.
Each package listed includes a Standard Real Estate Photography License only and are not suitable for portfolio, display or off-the-plan listings.

With more elaborate sessions and extensive post production designed to take your project to the next level. These sessions are a perfect fit for developers, builders and project co-ordinator where the images can be used as part of a real estate listing as well as in your own portfolio.
Each package listed includes an Extended Real Estate Photography License by default, allowing for multiple agents/agencies to use the images as part of your marketing campaign.

All images delivered by Gold Coast Property Photography are personally edited by the photographer who took the photo. There is no outsourcing of any media that is provided, unless specifically requested (virtual staging for example). From start to finish you know the images have been captured, edited and delivered by the same person, increasing consistency and a much lower chance of needing readjustments made after you receive the downloadable files in your inbox.
One of the key differences with Gold Coast Property Photography's editing process is the goal of creating a more subtle, natural look of the property while still providing brilliant, genuine colours required in most modern web and printed marketing. This is achieved by editing the images in such a way that people are given a pleasantly bright and welcoming representation of the marketed property rather than the common over-processed look, which may leave images feeling 'too bright', 'too saturated' or lifeless as a result.
Property Presentation Checklist
The Property Presentation Checklist is a downloadable PDF that is available for free with every real estate photography session which aims to assist you in preparing for your photo session.
