The real estate industry has benefitted considerably over recent years by the introduction of Drone Sessions. Being a fully CASA certified and insured drone operator, Gold Coast Property Photography can provide you great images, safely. Some areas have restrictions and breaking these laws can be reckless and very dangerous. As such, photography with drones is not generally available in city centres (Orchid Avenue in Surfers Paradise, for example) within 3NM (5Kms) of Coolangatta Airport or near helipads - personal or commercial.
Drones have gifted us the ability to photograph a property from angles that would otherwise impossible to achieve. These devices have given us a whole new meaning to the potential 'winning shot' needed to get your property noticed online be it architectural features, locational landmarks or property size.

Here you will find a summary for the types of photo packages that are available for your property. Drone photography is typically best in daylight scenarios due to their smaller sensor sizes, so most drone sessions are completed during full sunlight. Twilight drone images may be available by special request in certain areas. These sessions are available as an optional extra only and must be booked with a Real Estate Photography session.
Each package listed includes a Standard Real Estate Photography License only and are not suitable for portfolio, display or off-the-plan listings.
Standard Daylight

Property Presentation Checklist

From how to prepare your bedroom through to little easily missed elements throughout the bathroom and living areas.
